• Youth Mentorship: Our flagship project involves guiding young minds in honing their STEM competencies and embarking on careers in IT. With a dedicated emphasis on empowering women in tech, we strive to bridge the gender gap by instilling confidence and providing resources for their professional development.
• Accessible Web: In collaboration with individuals with disabilities, we endeavour to identify and rectify accessibility barriers on the web. Our ongoing project aims to bolster our team of testers, particularly those with visual impairments, to ensure inclusivity in online services. We extend our support to companies seeking to enhance their digital accessibility for all clientele.
• Tech Intervention: Addressing instances of improper tech implementation, we have adeptly pinpointed discrepancies and furnished comprehensive recommendations to pertinent stakeholders. Our interventions seek to optimise the adoption of technological solutions and mitigate operational hurdles.
• Job Market Research: Delving into the dynamics of the job market, we focus on equitable access to funding for individuals with disabilities. Through meticulous analysis, we’ve identified systemic flaws in fund allocation and proactively liaised with governing bodies to advocate for reform.
